Purpose. Ensuring the optimal mode of gas transportation from local sections main trunkline (GT), subject to repair (maintenance) and/or shutdown, existing based on calculation, determination, and establishment rational values operating modes mobile compressor stations during entire time pumping. Methodology. The studies are physical principles laws that describe effect properties natural geometric parameters pipelines through which is pumped dynamics changes in mass pressure transported gas. calculation change pipeline a number theoretical empirical dependencies included generally accepted methods for their calculation. Known relationships mathematical models used carry out calculations. Findings. approach issue calculating more mathematically accurate than volumetric one. ratio relative localized section pipeline, pumping time, constant value. use quantities obtained at point intersection graphs gas, preliminary or pressure, mass, volume each interval, makes it possible select rate building up/reducing by units operation stations. Originality. proposed determining shutdown proves advisable establish stable patterns using reciprocating only after modeling pumped. Practical optimizing increase level energy resource efficiency transmission enterprises, as well improve technical economic indicators technologies repairing pipelines, associated with need bleed (technological) shutdown. Optimization significantly reduces spent employees enterprises under influence hazardous harmful production factors, thereby reducing relevant risks. Gas emissions risks reduced 90%.
